Hermès, Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton — the flagship boutiques of Paris open their doors for you after closing, or before the shutters lift in the morning. A personal stylist meets you at the entrance and stays by your side; champagne is poured; the boutique is yours.

For collectors we arrange access to Birkin waiting lists, couture fittings, high-jewellery salons on Place Vendôme, and made-to-measure appointments at Charvet and Berluti. Nothing is off the shelf unless you want it to be.

For haute couture, we accompany you to the ateliers of Dior, Chanel and Valentino — behind unmarked doors on the Avenue Montaigne and the Rue François Ier — for fittings that unfold over successive visits, each pin placed by hand.

Purchases are shipped, tax-refunded and delivered to your hotel or home — you never carry a bag unless you would like to.
