Chef's Table in the Kitchen

Dine at the pass with the chef himself.

← Back to Fine Dining·Paris · Lyon · Riviera

The chef's table is the most intimate seat in the house — set inside the kitchen itself, at the pass where every plate leaves for the dining room. The chef cooks personally in front of you, explaining each dish as it lands.

It is loud, alive, and completely different from a table in the dining room. Reserved for two to six guests, and rarely opened to outsiders.

We arrange chef's tables at Michelin-starred restaurants across France, with a bespoke menu designed for you the week before.

Signature highlights
  • Seat at the kitchen pass, 2–6 guests
  • Personal service from the chef
  • Custom tasting menu designed in advance
  • Wine pairing curated by the head sommelier
  • Available in Paris, Lyon, Provence, Riviera
