1. Scope of Services
My Prestige Evasion acts as a luxury travel maison and private concierge service arranging bespoke itineraries, palace/villa accommodations, private aviation, yacht charters, and exclusive access experiences across France.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bespoke travel itineraries require confirmation via signed agreement and receipt of deposit or full payment as outlined in individual client proposals. Payments are processed securely via industry-standard gateways (such as Stripe) in accordance with international financial security standards.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
Due to the exclusive nature of partner properties (Palace hotels, private estates, Michelin-starred establishments, private aviation), cancellation policies are governed by individual supplier terms. Custom planning deposits are non-refundable once initial itinerary curation has commenced.
4. Limitation of Liability
My Prestige Evasion acts as an intermediary coordinating third-party luxury suppliers. We assume no liability for force majeure events, airline or transport delays, or unforeseen closures beyond our direct control, though our 24/7 concierge team will make every effort to provide immediate alternative arrangements.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be submitted to the competent courts of jurisdiction in France.
