Champagne Grand Maisons

The chalk cellars beneath Reims and Épernay descend thirty metres into the earth — kilometres of tunnels where millions of bottles rest in silence. We arrange private visits at the most prestigious houses, hosted by the chef de caves themselves, followed by tastings of their most rare cuvées.

Lunch is served in the family salons — never open to the public — with pairings the maison itself has designed. In the afternoon, we visit a second, more intimate house, or spend time in the vineyards of Aÿ or Cramant.

Every trip is arranged around your palate: rosés, blanc de blancs, prestige cuvées, single-vineyard editions.
