Grower Champagne Discoveries

Beyond the great houses lies another Champagne — small growers farming a single hillside, making a few thousand bottles a year, unavailable in most of the world. We spend the day driving between family cellars, tasting bottles the vigneron opens for you alone.

It is the most intimate way to understand what Champagne actually is: farming, terroir, single villages, single parcels — poured by the person who made it.

We finish with dinner at a starred restaurant in the region and a return by chauffeured car to Paris, or an overnight in a private estate we work with in the vineyards.
