Vintage Verticals

For serious collectors, we curate vertical tastings assembled from the private cellars of the great estates — six, eight, ten vintages of the same wine, side by side, in the room where it was made.

Each vertical is designed with the estate. We arrange the room, the stemware, the service, and a chef prepares a menu specifically paired to the wines.

It is the most concentrated way to understand a great terroir: a single afternoon that would take a lifetime to assemble in any private cellar.
